To protect your rights, please carefully read the following return and refund policy before purchasing. By completing your order, you agree to the following terms.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to products purchased through the Company’s official website, business channels, or partner platforms.

For products purchased under specific promotions, consignment sales, or imported pre-orders, return and exchange conditions will be stipulated separately according to the promotion or contract.

II. Return Conditions

Products must be in their complete packaging, unopened, unused, and free from damage or odor.

All accessories, gifts, and invoices must be returned together.

Food items or short-expiry products are not eligible for return except for defective or incorrect shipments.

If a return is requested due to personal reasons (such as dislike or duplicate orders), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

III. Return Process

Please contact customer service within 3 days (food items) or within 7 days (general merchandise items) of receiving the goods.

Please provide the following information for processing:

Order Number/Invoice Number

Product Name and Problem Description

Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

After customer service confirms that the return meets the conditions, you will be notified of the return method and shipping address.

After the returned goods are inspected and found to be in good condition, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

IV. Refund Methods

Credit Card Payment: The refund will be returned to the original credit card account.

Bank Transfer: The refund will be transferred to your designated account.

For partial returns, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual returned items.

V. Returns and Exchanges are Not Accepted in the Following Cases

Goods that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

Goods that are obviously damaged by human error, soiled, or missing accessories or gifts.

Goods returned after the return period or without customer service confirmation.

Promotional gifts, samples, or clearance items.

VI. Shipping and Handling Fees

For returns due to product defects, incorrect shipments, or other reasons attributable to our company, we will cover the shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons, the shipping and handling fees will be borne by the consumer.
