To protect your rights, please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms below.
This policy applies to products purchased through the Company’s official website, sales channels, or partner platforms.
For special promotions, consignment items, or pre-order imported products, return conditions may differ according to the event or contract.
Products must remain sealed, unused, in original packaging, and free from stains or odors.
All accessories, gifts, and the original invoice must be returned together.
For food items or products with short shelf lives, returns are not accepted unless defects or incorrect shipments are involved.
Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, duplicate orders) require the customer to bear return shipping costs.
Please contact customer service within:
3 days of receiving food products
7 days of receiving general merchandise
Please provide the following information:
Order number / Invoice number
Product name and description of the issue
Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
After customer service confirms eligibility for return, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after returned items pass inspection.
Credit card payments: Refund will be issued to the original credit card account.
Bank transfer/remittance: Refund will be remitted to the bank account you provide.
For partial returns, refund amounts will be calculated based on the value of the returned items.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Product has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
Product is damaged, stained, or missing accessories or gifts.
Return requests submitted past the allowed return period, or items returned without prior approval.
Free gifts, samples, promotional items, or clearance-sale products.
For returns caused by product defects, damage, or incorrect shipments, the Company will bear the shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
