I. Procurement Process Description

Inquiry and Quotation

Please provide your company’s basic information, the items you wish to purchase, specifications, quantity, and delivery location.

We will respond with a formal quotation within 1-3 business days upon receipt.

Order Confirmation

After confirming the quotation is correct, please reply in writing (Email/Fax/System Order Placement).

Once the order is confirmed, an order confirmation (Purchase Order) will be sent for verification.

Payment Terms

General transactions are prepaid.

For long-term partners or contracted clients, monthly settlement or credit terms may be agreed upon by both parties.

Please provide proof of payment after remittance to expedite shipment.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Shipping time depends on product inventory or production schedule. For imported goods, delivery time will be adjusted based on actual customs clearance and shipping schedules.

We will notify you of the scheduled shipping date and logistics information via email before shipment.

II. Invoices and Documents

Our company issues uniform invoices in accordance with the law. Please provide the invoice header and serial number when placing your order.

If you require a certificate of origin, inspection report, or other documents, please inform us in advance when placing your order.

III. Returns, Exchanges, and Handling of Issues

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than quality issues.

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrectly ordered goods, please notify our sales staff and provide photos within 3 days.

Upon confirmation, we will process a replacement or return/exchange based on the actual situation.
