Type: French-made/Pasteurized or Unpasteurized goat milk/Semi-soft/45% milk fat. While it has a strong goaty aroma, it tastes sweet with a hint of saltiness and a strong, distinct finish. As it matures, the flavor becomes salty, spicy, and nutty. Pairs well with crisp white wines, champagne, or Pilsner beer.
