Sharing Smiles Port Salut
2kg/piece
Semi-hard cheese/France. Originating in the Mayenne region of France. Legend has it that in the 19th century, Trappist monks, during their exile in various places during the French Revolution, learned cheese-making techniques. Later, the exiled monks returned to their church, Notre Dame du Port du Salut, and made the cheese, naming it after the church. It has a soft texture.
