Only cheeses produced in the Emilia-Romagna region, undergoing a specific process and aging time from milk source to production, can bear the “PARMIGIANO REGGIANO” mark on the outside. This cheese uses milk from a unique local Red Bull breed, rich in nutrients and produced in limited quantities, making it very special. Aged for 36 months. Must be ordered in boxes.
