Soresina is the fifth largest Grana Padano producer in Italy. Soresina Parmigiano Reggiano is an Italian PDO cheese, produced in the Po Plain region. Only cheeses grown in specific areas, with a particular process and aging time from milk source to production, can bear the name PARMIGIANO REGGIANO. Approximately 550 liters of milk are used to produce one batch of Parmigiano. This particular cheese is aged for 14-18 months, has a savory flavor, and offers notes of walnuts and hazelnuts, along with a granular texture reminiscent of tyrosine crystals.
