Soresina Grana Padano PDO is a renowned Italian hard cheese, aged for 12 months, PDO certified, with a perfect granular texture and a distinctive straw-yellow color, boasting a fragrant aroma and a delicate, full-bodied flavor. Very similar to Parmesano cheese but more affordable, it’s often used as a substitute, making it an excellent entry point into Italian cheeses, and perfect for pairing with sparkling white wine.
