Made with sheep’s milk and cow’s milk from the Piedmont mountains, infused with local Muscat grape brandy (Grappa di Moscato), and covered with various Sicilian dried fruits soaked in the wine. Aged for over 12 months. When tasting, pair the cheese with various dried fruits of different acidity and flavors; the sweet and sour, milky, and wine aromas are perfectly balanced, resulting in a rich and layered flavor. A 150th anniversary cheese commemorating the fusion of Northern and Southern Italian styles.
