Marcel Petite 30M Aged Comté

Comté cheese comes from the Comté region in eastern France. It is a classic French AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) cheese, shaped like a disc, with a legal size of 40-70 cm and a height of 10 cm. Each loaf weighs almost 50 kg. It has a distinctive greyish-yellow outer layer and a beautiful goose-feather yellow interior. The texture is firm yet soft, with a rich flavor and a pleasantly sweet aftertaste. One loaf of Comté cheese requires 600 liters of milk and is aged in cellars for up to 30 months after preparation.
