Madonna delle Vittorie, the “Mother of Victory,” is made from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes from their own Bruttagosto vineyard in the Trentino region. Harvested in the early morning at low temperatures to preserve its most fragrant aromas, it undergoes slight crushing and pressing followed by fermentation and six hours of maceration before bottling to extract the maximum amount of aromatic compounds. It is then aged in the bottle for 3-4 months before release.
