La Noix Jurassic (approx. 800g x 2/box)
Semi-hard. Shaped in a special mold, it features the famous concentric lines reminiscent of a wicker basket. Matured in a cellar for six weeks and wiped three times with nut liqueur, resulting in a distinctive nutty aroma and a brown outer skin with an ivory-colored, creamy interior that is soft and delicate. Must be ordered in cases of 2 (2 pieces).
