Made from the ancient Italian native olive variety—Leccino. Pitted Leccino olives are marinated in extra virgin olive oil. The olives are small to medium-sized, about the size of a thumb (approximately 2-5g). Can be served as an appetizer, in salads, or added to pasta, pizza, fish, and white meat dishes.
