Muirgēn means “born of the sea” in Irish Gaelic.
These specially selected oysters are farmed and matured in Ireland for 3 years, nurtured in the limpid environment where fresh and saltwater meet. They are beloved by oyster enthusiasts for their sweet flavor and plump, crisp texture.
