Commercially available Feta is usually preserved with salt, and fresh Feta is only available locally. This cheese is suitable for various dishes, but the salt must be removed before use. It can be soaked in lightly salted water overnight, or rinsed in warm water or milk before eating. It can be used in salads, fried in butter, or added to pasta… Drizzled with olive oil and served with roasted red peppercorns and nuts, it’s delicious!
