This is the first time Canena Amontillado extra virgin olive oil has been made in wine barrels. First, we selected American oak barrels and Solera Amontillado sherry, from one of Spain’s most renowned wineries: Lustau Winery. The complex aromas of aged Amontillado still linger in the oak staves of the barrels. This product combines the freshness of Canena Amontillado extra virgin olive oil with the captivating aromas of Amontillado sherry, with hints of roasted nuts, precious woods, ripe fruits, and mushrooms. It pairs perfectly with a variety of recipes, easily complementing both classic and avant-garde dishes.
