This cheese combines the production techniques of Gruyère and Vacherin, resulting in a unique, barrel-shaped appearance. Due to its unique ratio of rind to filling, it matures exceptionally quickly and develops a pleasant woody aroma. This cheese is aged for nine months. Must be ordered by the box.
