Rotari, from the same group as Mezzacorona Winery, comes from the Trento DOC, a traditional sparkling wine region in Italy, and is synonymous with elegant yet modern sparkling wine. This sparkling wine uses Pinot Noir and Chardonay grapes. The microclimate of Trento is ideal for growing Pinot Noir in poor soils at altitudes of 400-550 meters, resulting in excellent aromas and structure. All grapes are hand-picked and tamped, and after fermentation, the wine is aged until February of the following year, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle for 24 months. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, and wild berries are prominent, along with pineapple and a hint of yeast. The palate is delicate, with lively acidity and minerality. Serving temperature: 6-8 degrees Celsius.
