Rottali, from the same group as Mezza Corona Winery, comes from the Trento DOC, a traditional sparkling wine region in Italy, and is synonymous with elegant yet modern sparkling wine. This sparkling wine is made entirely from their own 100% Chardonay, and its rich and elegant aromas of ripe yellow fruits, delicate hazelnut, and sweet vanilla are incredibly appealing. Aging on the pomace for over 36 months achieves a perfect balance between structure and acidity, with a pleasant freshness and a touch of minerality at the finish. It pairs exceptionally well with fish dishes and white sauces, or with richer dishes like grilled fish and meat.
