Don Giovanni Balsamic Di Modena IGP 500ml*6/box
Italian balsamic vinegar is a natural balsamic vinegar made from grapes. Its origins can be traced back to the 11th-century Renaissance, when it was believed to be a cure for the plague. However, around 1980, some Italian chefs discovered that the vinegar’s uniquely rich flavor complemented modern Mediterranean cuisine, leading to its rapid global popularity. This product holds IGP (Individual Geographical Indication) certification and must be manufactured in the two small towns of Modena and Reggio Emilia in northern Italy. It uses the optimal grape varieties for balsamic vinegar (Lambrusco & Trebbiano), which are lightly crushed after harvesting and then simmered for 26-32 hours until thickened. After filtering, it undergoes fermentation and vinegar production, followed by aging in wooden barrels for several years. It contains absolutely no caramel coloring or artificial coloring, retaining its most natural flavor—a refreshing and tangy taste. It pairs perfectly with salads, bread, pasta, and various meats, or you can drizzle it over ice cream for a perfectly balanced flavor!
