This wine uses 100% Pinot Grigio selected from the Adige Valley. The rich silt and dolomite soils are conducive to the grapes’ excellent ripening and maintain the right acidity and freshness. The grape juice is in direct contact with the skins for about 8-10 hours. During this period, more color and aromatic components are extracted from the skins. On the palate, it has a pleasant saltiness and freshness, as well as a lively and refreshing acidity, making it an ideal aperitif. The aroma is very fresh with citrus notes of pink grapefruit and delicate floral aromas.
