Tete de moine du Patron alu noir 900g*4/box
Swiss/Semi-hard cheese. Monk’s Head cheese originated from the Berle monastery in Switzerland. Tenant farmers rented land from the church and paid rent in the form of cheese corresponding to the number of monks, hence the name. It has a moist crust and a strong aroma, with a firm texture, classifying it as a semi-hard cheese. Using a turntable cheese slicer, the resulting cheese flowers are beautifully presented. It melts in your mouth, with a rich and aromatic flavor, featuring fruity and nutty notes. The cheese flavor is intense; the thinner the slice, the better—a double treat for both the eyes and the palate! This Black Label Monk’s Head cheese is aged for at least six months, resulting in a finer, smoother texture and a more spicy finish, making it a rare and exceptional grade. Must be ordered in boxes of 4.
