Single varietal olive oil from Koroneiki olives grown in the Kalamata Taygetous Mountains of southern Greece. Harvested as unripe green olives of the Koroneiki variety, it is cold-pressed within 24 hours at a temperature not exceeding 27 degrees Celsius. The oleic acid content is below 0.5%, far below the international standard of 0.8%. The oil is clear and bright with a hint of grassy green, possessing a rich olive aroma and fresh grassy fragrance. On the palate, it offers a slightly spicy and fruity flavor, delicate and full-bodied, with a long finish. Perfect for salads, bread dips, seafood dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Oleic acid content: ≤ 0.5%. Shelf life: 26 months unopened; use within 2 months of opening. Precautions: This product is a gas pressure vessel, which may burst when heated. Do not puncture the pressure vessel body and do not refrigerate.
