Single varietal olive oil, sourced from Koroneiki olives in the Kalamata Taygetous Mountains of southern Greece. Harvested as unripe green Koroneiki olives, they are cold-pressed within 24 hours at a temperature not exceeding 27°C. The oleic acid content is below 0.5%, far below the international standard of 0.8%. The oil is clear and bright, with a hint of grassy green. It has a rich olive aroma and a fresh, grassy fragrance. On the palate, it offers a slightly spicy and fruity flavor, a smooth and full-bodied taste, and a long finish. It is perfect for salads, bread dips, seafood dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.
