I. Air-freighted Fresh Goods

Refrigerated goods that meet the criteria of Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the “Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Termination of Contracts” (goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire at the time of termination) will be excluded from the 7-day termination right, and the 7-day termination right stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Protection Act) will no longer apply. Therefore, returns of these goods will not be accepted. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.

II. Pre-ordered Items

Goods must be in their complete packaging, unopened, unused, and free from damage or odor.

All accessories, gifts, and invoices must be returned together.

Food items or short-shelf-life goods are not accepted for return except for defective or incorrect shipments.

If a return is requested due to personal reasons (such as dislike or duplicate orders), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

III. Delivery Information

1. Excluding pre-ordered items and cash-on-delivery orders, delivery will take approximately 3-4 days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders will be closed by 3:00 PM daily.

2. Delivery within the Greater Taipei area is handled by Dongyuan Express’s own fleet. Delivery to other counties and cities is handled by Black Cat Delivery Service.

3. Delivery times and order confirmation times for certain areas in Taipei City and New Taipei City are as follows:

V. Returns and Exchanges are Not Accepted in the Following Cases

Goods that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

Goods that are obviously damaged by human error, soiled, or missing accessories or gifts.

Returns exceeding the return period or returned without customer service confirmation.

Promotional gifts, samples, or clearance items.

VI. Handling Delivery Issues

For returns due to product defects, incorrect shipments, or other reasons attributable to the company, the company will cover the shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
