Mr. Ochelli’s Handmade Unsalted Butter

Founded in 1976, Mr. Ocelli started his dairy farming business by producing butter. His ranch is located at the foot of the Italian Alps in northern Italy, at an altitude of 600-1500 meters, with a pristine environment. From milking and hand-processing to flavoring and aging, everything is done in his own workshop. The quality of the milk source and every production detail are strictly managed. Adhering to traditional handcrafting techniques, he produces fresh butter and cheese, which is known as “British Royal Warrant Butter”.
