This Civale serving glass, co-developed by professional sommelier Gabriele Tonon and Borgonovo, combines functional aesthetics with drinking science. Its tulip-shaped rim, which tapers and then blossoms, precisely locks in the delicate foam and guides the aromas to unfold on the tongue. The tall stem design, which prevents interference from body temperature, maximizes the release of the complex malt and hop layers in craft beer.
