Moscato Rosa is a very ancient grapevine, possibly originating in Greece, which crossed Sicily to reach Trentino in the mid-19th century. It is also a prized wine due to its powerful ability to accumulate a large amount of sugar. This wine comes from a small vineyard located north of Trentino at an altitude of approximately 250-300 meters, where the grapes achieve perfect aromatic and sugar levels. The grapes are naturally dried on the vine and then harvested by hand very late, resulting in a wine made without pressing the pomace, collecting only the wine portion. The wine is delicate, aromatic, and intensely flavorful, with pronounced spicy and rosé notes, surrounded by delicate berry aromas. The palate is sweet, full-bodied, and pleasant, with a good balance of sweetness and flavor, and a fragrant acidity.

The palate is harmoniously sweet without being cloying, with an elegant and smooth finish.
