With an alcohol content of 30% and containing approximately 25 apricots, this is a perfect example of fruit and liqueur! Made with local fruit from the Trentino Valley in the Alps, harvested at its most ripe and perfect state, the fruit is deseeded and stemmed before bottling. To preserve the fresh fruit flavor, the same fruit is used to make the fruit brandy, which is then infused with fresh juice for preservation. The result is an amazingly crisp and refreshing taste, making it a suitable base ingredient for various desserts and cocktails.
