Founded in 1772, Osborne is one of Spain’s oldest and most popular wineries. This slightly sweet sherry is a blend of dry sherry and Pedro Ximenez, aged for four years according to the Solera system. It has a reddish-amber color, moderate sweetness, a smooth palate, and aromas of nuts and caramel. It pairs well with blue cheese, foie gras, desserts, and fruits. Serve chilled at 12-16 degrees Celsius.
