Rotari, from the same group as Mezzacorona Winery, comes from the Trento DOC, a traditional sparkling wine region in Italy, and is synonymous with elegant yet modern sparkling wine. This sparkling wine is a limited edition commemorative wine for the 40th anniversary of Rotari’s founding, and for this occasion, the winery’s ancient recipe and base wine were used for topping. Made from 100% Chardonay grapes selected from the best of the northern hills of Trento, the local calcareous soil, average altitude of 400 meters, and abundant sunshine naturally preserve its crisp texture and rich aroma. Notes include citrus, peach, walnut, and apricot, with balanced vanilla and hazelnut notes. The palate is remarkably smooth and rich.
