Originating from the Lake Terentino Garda region of Italy, this wine is traditionally aged with the skins on for 7 days, followed by fermentation at 26-28°C for approximately 6-8 months. It boasts rich pomegranate aromas, blended with ripe fruit, distinctive floral notes, and subtle oak aromas. Complex, well-structured, and full-bodied with tannins. Pairs well with complex dishes, red meat, cheese, and rich soups. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
