Single varietal olive oil, sourced from Koroneiki olives in the Kalamata Taygetous Mountains of southern Greece. Harvested as unripe green Koroneiki olives, they are cold-pressed within 24 hours at a temperature not exceeding 27°C. The oleic acid content is below 0.5%, far below the international standard of 0.8%. The oil is clear and bright with a hint of grassy green, possessing a rich olive aroma and fresh grassy fragrance. On the palate, it offers a slightly spicy and fruity flavor, smooth and full-bodied, with a long finish. It is perfect for salads, bread dips, seafood dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.
