Each taste is a unique sweetness, balance, and burst of oyster freshness. Grown at sea for four years, these oysters share the nutrients and algae they need with king prawns in the fattening tanks of Marien-Oréal-Laurent. They are then meticulously cultivated for eight months before being removed from the tanks, until only one perfect oyster, meeting David Hervé’s standards, is grown per square meter.
